Agadir Bay Real Estate: 8 ruins that spoil the sector

- Founty, sector B, on the edge of Oued Lahouar. Double malaise for this site on several acres, never finished. It not only represents a major nuisance for the neighborhood, but with its east facade it blocks the unique line of sight that the town’s visitors arriving via the East-West Bar could benefit from, coming from the Route de Marrakech. This would be a no go in other cities of the same rank.

- R+2.5 storey ruin. This never-finished building blocks the western view for guests of hotels located uphill and in particular those of the very appreciated Flatotel. The dilapidated site fence cuts off the sidewalk, forcing passers-by to pass dangerously on the roadway.

- Two buildings in R+4.5 storeys, inhabited by dogs. Noise at night, visual and olfactory inconveniences for the neighborhood, in particular the customers of the upscale Hotel Rofaida.

- The plot of a future shopping center in bloom. The ruins in the background on the right seem almost romantic

- Magnificent skeleton, ten years old (according to the rusty concrete reinforcements), without any doubt very popular with customers of the Borj and Iberostar Hotels.

- A tourist residence in R+2.5, Never inhabited except bats & dogs for several years.

- The work on the building site stopped in 2020, Nauseating odors, large piles of garbage and rubble. The lame fence swallows the sidewalk and even the roadway. Dangerous at an intersection with heavy traffic, in the middle of a residential area and a few meters from the Lycée Inernational and another school.

- This ruin is almost magnificent.
